The Manheim Township Dog Owners Group (MTDOG) was formed to make this the best park possible.

Our mission is to provide a safe, friendly area where dogs can exercise and play and dog owners can meet to improve our sense of community.

Admission to the park is restricted to registered dog owners only. Your Membership registration with the MTDOG must renewed annualy along with proof of PA dog license, up to date vaccinations for DHP, Parvo, Bordetella (Kennel Cough) & Rabies.

Manheim Township residents, the fee for the first dog $35.00, and each additional dog is $15.00.

For non-residents, the fee is $55.00 for the first dog, and $25.00 for each additional dog.

For new members, a refundable security deposit of $15.00 per FOB (electronic key) must be included. (If a member does not renew within 30 days of being notified for membership renewal, the member is considered to be new and must pay all fees.) See our website for rules and regulations.

In consideration of the acceptance of this registration at the Overlook Dog Park I agree that MTDOG has the right to refuse or cancel this registration at any time, for any cause which the executive committee of MTDOG shall deem to be sufficient. I agree to hold Overlook Dog Park, its owners, Manheim Township Foundation and Manheim Township, harmless from any claim or loss or injury which may be alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly to any person or thing by the act of my dog while in our upon the premises or grounds near any entrance thereto, and I personally assume all responsibility and liability for any such claims, and I further agree to hold the aforementioned parties harmless from any claim for loss of this dog by disappearance, theft, death or otherwise, and from any claim for damage or injury to the dog, whether such loss, disappearance, theft, damage or injury be caused or alleged to be caused by negligence of Overlook Dog Park or any other of the parties aforementioned or by the negligence of any other person, or any other cause or causes.
